Stuck in a traffic jam while on her way to school, Megan decided to pass the time by counting the wheels on the vehicles around her.  Megan knows that each vehicle’s wheels are arranged in axles, which hold two wheels each. She knows a car has two axles, or four wheels.  A school bus also has two axles.  Megan counted 15 cars and three school buses in the traffic jam.  She then counted a six axle freight truck.  How many total wheels did Megan count in the traffic jam?
